Spam survey call about energy use that turned out to be a cold call. They said we were high energy users and wanted to ask why. They also asked about glazing and sounded like they wanted to sell something so I hung up.

Received recorded msg on landline purporting to be from Amazon and spending on an account of purchase of iPhone 12 of £500. I knew this was a scam as I haven’t made a purchase.I stayed on the line and was put through to a live person who was not happy when I told him I hadn’t made the call, they were phoning me and breaking the law as I am registered with Telephone Preference Service.He became very abusive so I screamed really really loudly and cut him off.These people are scum of the earth they prey on people and often innocent people get duped.Truly sickening.
