Scam. Caller says windows support and says you have major security problems but they can help after you give your full personal details and credit card details too. Calls every other week, usually with Indian or East European accent.

A guy with a strong Indian accent called and told me that my computer was downloading programs and data in the background. When I asked him how he would know and what kind of computer I had and what operating system I was running he went back to the beginning of his script.I am sure some people will fall for this scam. I hung up on him.
