Add these annoying people to your address book ( mobile) label them under Do Not Answer the give them a different ringtone, that way you will know who is calling and do not answer, I have several in mine.
I have had calls from this number every day for several weeks - I never answer it. Sometimes the phone only rings once before they ring off - I guess they are hoping I will call back.
