It's Betway. Keep getting calls off them and silence from their end. Made a HUGE mistake by registering with them. Keep getting texts off them too even though I texted STOP to them twice. I don't even use them anymore ever since I was forced to take up a bonus against my wishes and they wouldn't pay out when I won. These guys are major con artists. Do yourself a favour and use any other company (e.g. Paddy Power) for your gambling itch.
Possibly a company scamming reporting to be Betway (who are not based in Carlisle).

Opened an account months ago, but they wanted a copy of my passport and driving licence, which I refused to send, so they blocked my account. They call once or twice a week encouraging me to place bets, despite me telling the caller that my account is blocked. Have now blocked the number.
Definitely betway, I have answered numerous calls, most of the time there is just office noise on the line, but have managed to speak to a human on 3 occasions, the first two told me I had to go online and opt out of calls, on the third call I told them; "I am a gambling addict and I have barred myself from all sites, you will have to take my number off" he said he couldn't, then I said I am reporting them to the gambling ombudsman for harassment as I've told 3 people I am an addict and need to be taken off the system. Low and behold I've been removed.
