I also got a text from this company, I text Stop to 64640 and they gave me this number to ring for help. I have put a block on the 64640. Hopefully it works. How do these people be allowed to get away with this. I am a pensioner and find it hard enough to live on my pension without having other costs.

I’ve just reviewed same text and telephoned the number asking to be removed. It’s appauling that somehow it appears companies can auto subscribe users and action has to be taken by users to cancel something they didn’t request in the first place.

I recently had a similar issue with another con artist like this, it is a reverse charge that is also able to bypass any security that 02, in my case the provider, has, and the provider will not accept responsibility that they have aloud your phone contract to be hacked. It is a con, you will need to call their contact number, if you can get an answer, and then email them at least 30 times and then probably get a voucher to the value you have been ripped off for to cash in somewhere. Nobody will accept responsibility for the phone service providers not stopping this illegal practice!
