Missed a call from this number, so called back, got a message "RB Communications: if you wish to opt-out, send email to..." Didn't wait to hear more: I registered my phone with the Telephone Preference Service a long time to opt out from marketing calls. It is a legal requirement that telemarketers do not call a number registered to the TPS. RB Communications are ignoring this, and so are breaking the law.
