Asian accent and identified himself as calling from Virgin Media about a fault on my router. I told him I was aware he is a scammer and he was still protesting that he was genuine when I hung up. I've received many similar calls.
They claimed to be from virgin media , on the phone for nearly two hours , they're phishing for your personal information , it's a SCAM
