I called 101 to report something and received a call from this number by mistake while they tried to call someone else confirmed they were 999 operator at Cambridgeshire constabulary in hinchingbrooke and called by accident

They said Cambridgeshire police and that they got call from my son's phone number. They asked me my name, address etc. I refused to give any info as my son never dialed 999(checked on his dial list quickly) and I just said we are fine, the little boy must have dialed mistakenly! If they were police, how come their number is visible?
