Have called me everyday for 2 weeks while I am in Dubai and I do not answer. I am with Vodafone.
Daily or twice daily phone calls, no one speaks but can hear noise.
As with others have had numerous repeated calls from this number whilst abroad. Not answered and no message left. If it's Vodafone - as others have stated, they are about to lose another customer.

Only phone when I'm abroad
I am also with Vodaphone and received a call from this number while in Mallorca. Luckily i didn't answer it and having read all these responses i'm now going to block it.
Working in Italy and receiving 5 calls a day from this number. Have just blocked and complained to Vodafone about it.
Just recieved this call when i am in dubai. This seems to me that caller pushing people to take call and pay roaming charges. Very suspicious and wondering who will actually get benefit for this call? Vodafone?
Also get calls from this number whilst outside the UK, have blocked it on my mobile. Simple enough, on the iPhone press the"i" next to the number, at the bottom of the page it says "block this number" no more problems. If we all did this they would soon get fed up
Only ever get a call from this number when abroad. On the Vodafone roaming package of £3.00 per day if used but minutes come off my home bundle. Wonder if that has something to do with it

I bet that somehow they get data from Vodaphone which tells them who is abroad and somehow they make money from it.
