This number has called several times - but when I answer is a silent line. I thought this had been stopped but UK law has rubber teeth on consumer issues. Possibly this is a call divert fraud that does not work as my phone is on our corporate network.
Call spamming and call fraud should be stopped -technically it would not be difficult - and it would not be difficult to trace the origin. If it is from a foreign country the newtork in that country should be give 1 week to stop this before all incoming calls from the network are blocked.

I have stopped answering the phone if it does not come up with a friends name. came on line to check who it was and hence found your site.
