The caller claimed to be from the Accident Advice centre. He said he was calling me to discuss a recent car crash that I was involved in 7 months ago but was not my fault. He offered to transfer the compensation funds to my bank account and asked me for my credit card number. I was not involved in the accident he was talking about. He was clearly phishing for my bank details.
