These people have been phoning me daily for about a week. Comes up 'International' along with this UK number, so I never picked up. Having checked with this site and seen other comments, I have now barred this number on my phone. Your provider may not be able to do it for you, but a lot of the phone handsets these days can. Worth getting one - also having number display - I would be lost without it!

Told me his name was Mark but he had an Asian accent. Company is Frontline Savings, and he obviously did not know about or was ignoring TPS. Told him I would report his company.

This is a husband and wife team calling from India (as is obvious from their strong Indian accents). They have been hired by some dodgy company in the UK for market survey using what I am sure is an illegally obtained list of phone numbers and home occupants. They parade as either Frontline Savers or Lifestyle Choices and they want to ask you loads of questions and simply waste your time as you won't get anything out of it. However if they can say to their dodgy UK employer that they have called "x" number of people here, they will get paid for the effort even if it was a total waste of time.

They are using a "spoofed" number (which means the 01923 381031) number that shows up on your caller ID is fake. That means you can do almost nothing about reporting them to ico.gov.uk as the government simply can't trace them. The idiot husband called me several times in the evening and I threatened to call the police if he ever called again and sue him for harassment.

Now he calls during the day and as soon as I answer, he hangs up. He then waits for his wife/mistress/girl friend to take on the night shift and then she will pester you for information.

Despite India being respected for their I.T. abilities, they don't realise that these scum bags in their own country are ruining their reputation and that people here will simply not talk to or deal with Indians if they get continually harassed by them on their private land line numbers. India needs to exercise controls over their own country men and women when it comes to call centres but seeing how corrupt the country is, I seriously doubt the Indian government is bothered or will legislate in any way. So the only option is to be so rude to them that they stop bothering you.

Repeatedly harassing my mother within days of my father having died. An indian guy who wad barely understandable rung her 4 times in 1 hour despite her saying she didn't want the calls. Tried ringing back but they just keep you on hold. Is there any way of getting their address in order to report them to police for harassment?

Constantly being called by this number for the last 4 days. I told the caller first time they called that I'm not interested in whatever it is that they want. The company calls itself Frontline Savers and it's very unclear what it is that they do want as their accents are barely understandable and their 'explanations' confusing. It appears to be something to do with phone providers. I'm registered with TPS and told them so the first time they called, so they should not be calling me at all, let alone harrassing me with constant calls.

Had second call from this number again today, previous one was yesterday (28 July) as reported here below. This time, despite the foreign accent, I managed to make out the name of the company calling which was Frontline Savers. Yet again, I politely told them I wasn't interested in whatever it is they want to sell me, the caller then cut the call.

Received call from 01923381031 today (28 July). Caller spoke in barely understandable English and said he was ringing on behalf of my phone provider, when I asked him which phone provider that was, he didn't know, just listed all the main UK ones. I politely refused to supply him with any info, and he hung up on me. I'm signed up with TPS which clearly these people don't pay any attention to.
