India! Trying to flog extra government solar rebates!!!
They knew my last name and claimed to be the National Bank Security Department. They said they were tracing a transaction on my bank account of $750 that seemed suspicious. While listening to them I checked my internet banking and there was no transaction. I said I was calling up on the other line to trace the call. They hung up. I then called the bank and they advised me that they had not called me and there was no transaction in question. clearly they were trying to get info out of me to rob my bank account.

I get 5 calls a day from this number for 6 months no ones there from the 2 times I've answered its hung up straight away its getting old real quick
When I answered, there was a long silence and then a recording of a woman said 'Goodbye' and call was terminated. 7th October 2:50pm local (New Zealand) time. Complete waste of my time.

This is an Australian number. He ( youngist Indian sounding man) rang me at 2.20pm my time the conversation went like this
Him - good morning I am from Pixels Wed site designers may I talk to the owner of the company please
Me - You are speaking to her
Him - Do you have access to your web site or do I need to speak with you hosting agency
Me - Its my website, I do what I want when I want as I want - what do you want.
Him - we are a new website host and design company and
Me - No thank you
Him - b**ch - hangs up !!!!

rang me several times, says nothing then i get an automated voice saying good bye
Automated spam calls. System hangs up almost immediately as if polling for fax/modem numbers.
Oz (Sydney +612) is obviously a little slow killing this, there have been reports on google for it since October 2015

Several calls, when answered no response then an automated "Goodbye" message, so perhaps a machine calling and someone waiting to take over IF someone answers? Don't know, but am blocking it from now on.

rang this morning at 07:42 he told me company name but can't remember it. ask for me by name told him off as he woke me up and that it wasn't right to ring that early especially on the weekend and then i hung up
