These lot are jokers...ringing constantly!!!
What a surprise calling a disabled bungalow offering me a so called free magazine with fuel vouchers as soon as they said it would cost £1 to post it out i told them to remove my details twice and they then hung up. They also said it would cost £80 per year for this magazine as well. Glad i never gave them any bank details. I firstly completed a telephone survey and then a few days later I Had a call and when I answered the lady said they were from motor pal and were going to send me a fuel voucher and another voucher for something else which I can not remember. Anyway then she asked (after a massive story) for my card details for a £1 delivery charge to send these! I then thought-no way and told her I wasn't able to
Give her them and she said she would call me back Thursday. I have since had a few calls that I haven't answered!! I will answer next time and tell her to bog off!!!
Had call to my landline from this number and I did not answer. It rang off as soon as my voicemail snapped in. The same number then rang to my mobile and again I ignored it.
Yesterday I had a call about the same time (maybe not this number) to my landline. A woman said she was following up on a survey I had completed and that I was being sent a copy of their magazine and a voucher. She then asked if I was a car driver? I asked why she wanted that information - I had already completed the survey. She asked did I use petrol or diesel? I asked why she wanted to know and she repeated that I was being sent a copy of their magazine. I said that she had my phone number, had my name and, if she was sending me the magazine, had my address.... why should she want to know whether I drive a petrol or diesel car? She put the phone down on me!
Thanks for the warning guys I have had these calls but not answered any of them. Thanks for taking the time to warn others.
This number has constantly ringing me what should I do
I have just seen a missed call from this number ...when I tried to phone back it said wrong number.....
As written before the caller tried to tell me she had been told to call me as I could have fuel vouchers and pay £1 for subscription to a mag - I let her prattle on then I said I haven't any intention of subscribing to a mag and she promptly put the phone down
A company after my debit card details. They give u a long winded story that you have won a fuel voucher, then they go for the kill -dont give out your details!!!
Phone scammers trying to tell you they have fuel vouchers for you.
Claiming to be motor point offering a booklet with free fuel vouchers but then they want card details to cover the cost of posting the booklet. If you don't want their service once booklet received you then have to ring to cancel it but they already have your card details! I wasn't fooled and soon brought the call to an end! Don't give card details please
