Caller said she was from BT. Said there was a problem with my live internet. I asked where she was calling from and she said BT and gave an address in London. She wanted me to log onto pc and she would talk me through a process to safeguard my info. She was an Indian lady, I told her no Thank You and hung up. She hasn't called back yet
