    Always engaged no money due to concentrix havin the cheek to stopping my money n accuse me like im a criminal when ive done nothin wrong. I was asked to prove i live alone i sent a whole year bank statement with a load of other letters then my money was stopped as they said they did not recieve it my gas n elec are almost used up i barely have enough food for me n my children n im getting ill because of this ive had to get all the information again and ive sent it again costing me 7.25 out of my last £10. The number n only number to get thru to concentrix is constantly engaged no option to hold this whole thing seems unlawful to me n im now seeking advice.

    Iv been at this for over a year now trying to sort my money as they stopped it for 6month and I'm now on hold again just 15mins so far as they can have you on hold for over an hour. I'm sick of the stress they have put me threw so far. Iv sent everything I needed to 3times now last time recorded delivery as they always say they never received it.     Its been over a month I've been trying to call concentrix regarding my claim, its an absolute disgrace as no one answers the call, its continuously engaged no matter what time of the day I call or what day of the week I call!

    My money stopped 6 weeks ago and was given this number to phone , when they picked up , I was told not alot of info . She said I have to just wait for my file to be picked up , and could not give me a time scale of how long this may be . I then received a letter from tax credits saying I owe £ 3500 as my claim has been stopped , if its not sorted in 4 weeks then I have to start making payment . Hoping and praying this is sorted soon . Bills have been skipped and living off very little 😡

    Disgusting how their line is constantly engaged, I called no less than 34 times in one day and each time it was engaged! If you do get through there systems are down or they cut you off!!

    Absolute joke!!! I have two young children and money has been stopped for 4 weeks now. Phone and gas been cut off and fridge is completely empty. We can't live like this. I haven't eaten for 3 days in the hopes I will have enough to feed my girls for the next week. I've lost 2 stone in a matter of 3 weeks because of stress and anxiety. How can a company penalise families that have done nothing wrong? I just don't understand. Always engaged or on hold for hours to be told that nothing can be done. I'm glad that HMRC have scr*pped their contract with them. All they do is cause more stess and struggle for families in poverty positions already. Made to feel like a criminal for something you haven't done is vile and unlawful. I hope they encounter a fraction of the struggle we have had to go through. JOKE!!!

    it is cleary impossible to connect call to concentrix number it states all call recorded for monitoring and quality assurance, well the quality assurance is get more people on your phone lines as clearly you do not have enough
