    I've been ringing for 4 days and can't get through. Rang tax credits direct more than 5 times today already and they keep 'advising' me to ring concentrix as there's nothing tax credits can do. Waste of time

    I am also in the same situation, I have had no benefits for 7 weeks now and I have called concentrix about 150 times in 2 weeks. No answer just an engaged tone, when I did finally get through to them I was put on old for 46 minutes. I am sick to death of these people. Something needs to be done about this!!!

    Impossible to get through and a rather rude female enjoying my suffering of being broke.They talk in riddles clearly reading if a screen.I was on phone waiting an hour then the phone went dead I have not had a penny for 7 weeks

    I'm another innocent victim of HMRC and CONcentrix.
    After all the revelations in the news the last few days and HMRC cancelling concentrix's contract. Cannot believe we are STILL met with busy tone and looong one hour waiting for concentrix!!!!!! Absolutely disgusted and dissapointed! So much unnecessary distress to thousands of people!!!! 6 weeks since my tax credits unfairly cancelled and only been able to speak to concentrix once!
    When I get back on my feet I shall be taking all this mistreatment further. For all our sakes

    I have been constantly ringing for nearly a week and your phone line just goes dead saying your busy. My money has been stopped since middle of July I need this money I am financially struggling and will go to the papers if this isn't sorted out by next wednesday and I still have not recieved payment. P. S from single mum of child with no speech and tons of appointments his missed due to use already!

    This company is a complete joke and a waste of money I've been trying to sort our money out for weeks we now don't have a pot to piss in constantly borrowing money just to feed my son I am now considering going back on the dole as I would of been better off than working my ass off 40 hours a week and still be more broke than I was on Dole if this usnt sorted soon I will be seeking legal advice against centrix or what ever they call them selves....

    Simple request,answer the phone. If you stop out money,where are we to get the money to pay the phone bills after calling and waiting 40 mins average on 10 calls or more per week.
    How can the government seriously think you are doing a good service. Maybe they sholud try ringing the number and see what happens.
