Just had a call from this number, I was quick enough to work out it was a scam and politely told them where to go, it was obvious to me that it wasn’t a VIrgin media as she didn’t ask me for my password on my account.
This number was ringing us twice a day every day but fortunately we googled it and found out it was a scam thanks to other people sharing their experience.

Scam. Supposedly Virgin Media saying they need to put a new box in. But our box is quite new so this didn’t make sense. I told them to call back later. Clearly looking for addresses and phone numbers
