Man called and didn't leave name, just said if I do not contact 855.817.4841 it would result in a "missed appearance" if I didn't contact them and schedule a time to "sign". I do not fall for these tactics.
Woman said name was Jennifer Ellen, trying to sound threatening, she was going to come to my house for me to sign documents, advised to have witnesses and make myself available blah blah blah...... or call (which is the final objective) 855-817-4841 for more info or cancel order or re-schedule....... she doesn't mention a company...... and definitely can't locate me at all or know where I live. IT IS A SCAM. Trying to intimidate people. She had my name correct with my number..... they are using data collection on the internet.
Caller identified himself as Dave Stephenson, Said I had a court date today at 3pm and I'd better make myself available, for item #1218711, and do not miss this appearance! And to call 855-817-4841 for more info.
Threatining my family, wife and kids new everyone's name
Male called looking for someone else, advised him he had the wrong number. Proceeded to interrogate me like I knew the person. I told him to remove my number from his list, when he began to argue. I then disconnected the line. He called right back, said to have a picture ID ready, he'd see me in an hour, then hung up.
