Almost all 877,866, numbets are scam . The locations and numbers are all fake. Dont bother looking up passers its fake too. Calling from outside USA. thats why they dont care if u turn them in. Need to contact international crimes, internet crimes. They have many scams. Ive gotten calls since 2007. After u disconnected home phone they WILL find your unlisted cell #, do not call list means nothing to t********. Yes, t********. Had death threats and so much more. Now calling my work. Believe they get info from american co who hires out of the country like Dell, att, Comcast, etc. Not saying its these companies. ...just an example. Block numbers.
if they call your landline supposedly you can hang up and dial either#57, or #56. Google to get right code. It wo 'll trace call thru phone co. Landline only.
block all outside calls because once ublock them, they callback with new number within minutes. They travel from NY to CA wwith In minutes. Haha
Have recorder ready by phone and record it m most complaints allow you to send attatchment. We need to stop these fund raising t******** advocates.

Same as all the info presented- no identification given, just that there is a pending criminal lawsuit, etc. I ignored the message, then checked this number. Hopefully not many people get scammed by this!

Same as everyone else has said here. I have actually gotten this call from California first; when I yelled at the guy that the IRS sends letters and doesn't make phone calls, I started getting calls from New York and Texas, too (same threatening message, same bogus everything). This is pathetic.
This is a team work, I got several time call from this fake group. They represent that they are calling from IRA. First you will get a VM and ask you to call.

2: Play with them, you can have a free 15 min time pass lol..lol..lol
Just got the exact same call. I received a similar one from an actual person (Indian) who claimed his name was Paul Bacchman. The automated call this time did have the exact same "case number" the man had given me but I am pretty certain this is a scam.

I was Instructs and warns that the call must not be ignored.
I was Threatens that if it is ignored, then "Good Luck" with dire circumstances.
'IRS'.......saying I have criminal case against me. I hung up immediately. This is
about 5th time I received this call in 2 months.

The IRS does not call by telephone. If they were, it would be a human with an identification number, and they would ask for the PIN that was included on your return.
The IRS does not file indictments for non-specific matters, and would not without having completed a full audit in any case.
If it weren't for the fact that some people fall for this, it might even be funny.

Yep just had the same call as everyone else - it has to be fraud! The automated caller really doesn't give you enough time to write the info down, if it was legit they would repeat the info.

Fraud call obviously.... Did not request the attention of any specific person (IRS always knows who they're calling) This computer generated call did not know my name but had managed to assigned me a case number. ya, that sounds legit. haha
I can see that this is clearly fraud, I know that I'm in good standing with the IRS, and I seriously doubt that a government agency would send such a threatening and foreboding message via recording. I'm glad I found this forum though, the threat did give me a moment's pause!

Wife got a call even gave a case number, but when I called back was unable to hear or understand what was being said. When I told them it was a scam they hung up.
I just got the same call, I did call them back just to tell them I was reporting them, the IRS would no way call us about this by a automated message. I gave them no information when I called.

Just got the same call.....obvious that it's a fraud. They gave me the same "or else" warning.....pretty funny actually, but I can see how some people might be upset by this. Ignore it!!!!
