I have gotten calls about medical and surgeries I have never had. I tell them they are a scam the minute they start the call and I have told them I have reported them for the scam. They keep calling.
I just got a call and he had a thick accent and said they were calling about medical compensation. I replied with bull and said not to call me again. He said he would keep calling me if he wanted to and there was nothing I could do about it. I told him I would report him and he laughed. I hung up and blocked his number on my phone.
Woman with a thick accent.. butchered my name and called me sir.. (I am NOT a sir). I asked who she was with and maybe she did tell me, I didn't have an interpreter to cut through the language barrier.

This number called be and o could barely understand him he said my full name and i asked to be taking off the calling list and he told me no and laughed at me this is the second time he called
Since January 2015, I have received about 26 calls from this number, they tell me they represented a Law firm that was collecting data against a Health Dept. scam. It is very hard to understand them since they have a thick oriental accent sometimes it is a woman, but for the most part it is a man. They ask about surgeries, I have had, times I have been Hospitalized, what medicines I take or have taken. etc., etc., At one time when I pressed them for an Answer as to where they had gotten access to my medical records they told me that the Dept of Health here in Calif. had provided them with such records. I immediately called Dept of Health thinking that maybe their system had been hacked and truthfully they were none interested and advised me to change my phone number. So next I reported them to my phone company and found out other people were having the same issue. I have taken matters in a different direction and see what happens. They call as early as 6:30 a.m. and as late as 11:00p.m. sometimes several times in one day.All I can say is if Attorney's are hiring this type of companies to try and compile up information for a class action against Doctor's and or.,Drug Companies , Hospitals ,etc.,etc.,that is totally unacceptable and their questionable ethics should be stopped.
I just got a call from this number a female with a thick East Indian accent say she was calling to help me with medical compensation. She asked if I had taken any anti-nausea meds while pregnant( NO), did you take a blood thinner (Ah No) what about surgery something. Honestly I couldn't understand what she was saying between the accent and the call center noises in the background. When I ask where she had got my name and number she said the health dept. That is when I started to get really upset since this was not the first time they had called me and its always different information. I repeat Take me off your call list and do not call again, 4 or 5 times while she kept trying to talk. Finally she hung up.
A man with a heavy accennt asked for me but They couldn't even say my name right it sounded like a solicitation so I hung up
