hahaha. I never answer the phone. There is also no reason for Microsoft to call me. For some reason I answered the phone earlier and it was a different scam(Google Business listing, i get 50 calls a week and I said to dead silence"yeah, that's what I thought"). When this showed up I said "Hello ? What do you want, scammer ? Cuz I won't be scammed so you may as well hang up now idiot" . Then I plugged in the number just to see and voila, here is that info. It really makes me angry that over the past 15 years I've answered my phone maybe 15 times, today was two of those times. $100/mo to verizon and I can't answer my own d-n phone. Thanks for nothing, Verizon, but scam calls you won't stop, slow DSL and AOL email.

They stated they were from Microsoft tech support and that my computer has been hacked. The Indian representative told me the Russians hacked my computer then hung up.

Scumbag that attempted to steal my information last year. Stated I called Microsoft and that was where he was calling from. This was lie.

This is genuine Microsoft Support number, I checked using their other number using "Get Help app"

Scammer trying to steal my identity

Scam,, charged my account 74.88 as a reaccuring monthly charge

according to these comments 500 642 7676 is a scam
As a result, I hung up and DID NOT allow them to take over my computer

I own Mac and no Microsoft, I was told I am being hacked and I should press 1. I hung up immediately. So, the number is a scam.

I was given this number after a live chat on microsoft support, through their website.I was also given this #18009365700 . I had said I wanted to talk to a real person for tech support.
I had been scammed on the 10 sept. by having my computer be frozen. When I realized the scam I called microsoft at 18775682495, I got connected to tech support, they stopped whatever the scammers were doing, was given a ref#, and fixed things. Then the tech person gave me the above #18006427676 if I had any more troubles. He didn,t ask for money and told me I would probably be contacted by email to comment on my service, which I was. So I think this is a real contact # for microsoft.

This number is a Microsoft call-back phone number for the help center and not a scam caller.

The other day I needed help on my computer's Windows 10 operating system. They gave me a case ID number and when they called, they repeated the number to me.
