    I keep getting these texts telling me I've ordered a service and that they are wanting £3.50 off me every time I top up.. I have never orederd a service and I'm sick of all the harassment I'm receiving from this place it's totally wrong how this can happen I'm not paying for something I haven't had are ordered .. I've now saw an email address I can look on and hopefully stop this from happening again I'm so angry

    I have been charged 3 times at £3.75 each time from this number which I have never replied to. I have seen the messages come in and I delete them straight away. this is fraudulent and should be rerported and stopped.
    I want answers and my money back!

    I have been charged 4.50 a week for three months without knowing, I have never even had a text message from this number. Three are going to call them with me on the line and ask them to refund it. I'm so mad. I originally thought my bill had gone up because I'd sent a few photos by text. I'm so mad.

    My 13yr old daughter has been charged £98.00 in three months for texts sent to her on this number 66299 Quiztronics She doesn't remember signing up to this number/company. As she is only 13yrs old I cant see how it can be legal, even if she did by accident tick a box somewhere. I will be phoning her provider tomorrow 'Three' to see if they have any advice. It is disgraceful that a company can trick and steal from a child.

    A few weeks ago I left a very scathing report on here. However, despite the fact that I have no idea how Quiztronics, who passed me on to Artiq, who in turn passed me on to Bluetiq, got our phone number, their (Bluetiq's) customer services have been very good in responding to my complaint. They have today credited my account with a full refund. I was able to show that the 'invitation' message from them had never been replied to, sending them a screenshot of the text thread.

    I was very wary of giving them my bank account number for the refund, so I used one that had very little in it (just in case!). However, they have been as good as their word.
    So, don't be like me, ranting about Quiztronics, or whoever they are. Try contacting them first, with any evidence you have, and see if they sort it out. If not, then we can rant!

    This number is charging me £4.50 a week without my consent, it asks me to text STOP to cease contacting me. I have done that repeatedly to no avail and I am still getting charged. On top of that there is a charge to send the STOP text. The text says it comes from quiztronic.

    I am with vodka phone and haven't subscribed to this number but am being charged £4.50 every week I need this stop . Need to know how to do this . Any one any ideas

    Thank you all for your helpful comments. I too never requested this service, but for 3 months they have been sending me texts. Thankfully I had a cap on my account, but wouldn't have noticed this if I hadn't try to dial abroad and it failed. I have put a bar on premium texts on my number (tesco mobile), but customer services refused to pay back what was taken, even though they agreed this was fraud. I have e-mail'd customerservices@oxygen8.com and asked for a refund, but i shan't hold my breath.

    Just checked my O2 bills since August 2016. I have been getting a hit every Friday since 5 Aug 16 for £3.75 + vat = £4.50 so that is 19 times so far £85.50 O2 will do nothing to help just gave me the 03333137900 to try and ask for my money back. I don't hold any hope. Of course I've tried to block the number, so if I get hit this Friday it will be goodby to O2.

    I am billed by this no.66299 for calls and texts that are paid in monthly contract with 02. Frakly, I cannot afford to pay this money.
    I would think that 02 and other Phone Networks should block 66299 completly across thetelephone system.
    I may well discontinue using a Smart Device.

    Yet again I have had another text from this number and I haven't subscribed . I text the number with STOP the same as last time . I thought I even blocked it the last time
